What about … #6

Did you ever made a wish that came true shortly after? Did you ever said to yourself “Wow, I’ve been in the right place at the right moment” ? Well usually that kind of stuff we call it “What a coincidence!”. But if we think deeply over it, we’ll find out that nothing is a coincidence.

Dr Deepak Chopra said in a book called Synchro Destiny that coincidences are in fact a multitude of incidents happening at the same time, so they are co-incidents. Everything has a point. If it rains, that’s because the water has evaporated somewhere, and a certain heat turned the water into steam which condensed into clouds, from which water drops fall. So when something good or bad happens, it is meant too happen, there isn’t a thing you could do to avoid it. Here is are two verses saying the same thing:

The Cow 2: 216ย

But it may be that you dislike something while it is good for you, and it may be that you like something while it is bad for you. God knows, and you do not know.

Hud 10:107

If God afflicts you with harm, none can remove it except He. And if He wants good for you, none can repel His grace. He makes it reach whomever He wills of His servants. He is the Forgiver, the Merciful.

I know that as human beings, we have our weaknesses, but we have to make our best to avoid crying or revenge over a property (either a pen or a ranch) we’ve lost or to take pride over something we did which we might not have succeeded if we weren’t meant to succeed.

We live in a chess board, we are either the Pawns, the Knights or even the Kings, so we may be in checkmate anytime, we mustn’t be desperate every time something goes wrong, nothing lasts down here. Play your part and try to win it for the next life.

Knock knock knock

Who is it?

It’s me

Me who?

Your conscience.

What do you want?

I want to help you

Because you need me

No I don’t !

Yes you do

Why is that?

Because without me you’re empty

Empty…. empty of what?

Of feelings….of compassion

Knock knock knock

Who is it?

It’s me

Me who?

Your conscience

You again?

What do you want?

We’re not done talking

Urgh! why is that?

You haven’t asked me anything

Ask you what?

You tell me

I’ve nothing to tell you

Yes you do

You’re right! Go away

Knock knock knock

Go away!

I can’t

Because I’m  your conscience

I’ll leave when we’ll make peace

I’ve got no quarrel with you

Are you sure?

I don’t think so

Why is that?

Because you haven’t asked me anything

For the love of God, what am i supposed to ask you?

Oh now you mention God!

What do you want from me?

I want peace and understanding.

So why do you need me?

I don’t need you; you need me.

Do I?

Yes you do.

…. and how is that suppose to work?

It works by asking my advice before doing your usual mischiefs

Oh I get it! You want me to knock on your door and ask you if I can live my life as I want it

No. I want you to seek my help.

I don’t need your help. Now live me alone.

You don’t get it, do you? I am here to help you be what you’re meant to become. And you what would that be?

A noble person

…. And what am I now?

A selfish, heartless jurk, without ethics, without principles. You sin all day without any regrets or doubts. You live thinking that you’re eternal while you’re not.

…. I haven’t noticed that.

I know. That’s why I’m here.

…. Will you help me?

That was the question you were meamt to ask me. Of course I will help you, that’s my job.

Ok. When do we start?

We have already started from the moment you heard me knock.

Poetry #3

I keep wishing for what I have not
A fulfilment that awaits
Is enjoying what has to come
Leaving the worst feelings rot
While expressing enduring traits
Appreciating what I’ve got
And aspiring what life might become

Life is a game
Which for everyone is the same
Don’t search far for your fate
‘Cause you’ll live it in any rate
Some is good
Other are bad
Likely understood
Otherwise it’s sad

Don’t give up
Or you’ll die
Get up
And let yourself fly
In your dreams
Be oneself
Follow the streams
Which lead you to yourself
