So what is heaven? What does the Scriptures say?

We’re all aware that when we die, we go somewhere. Either that place is good which is called heaven or bad which is hell.
Unfortunately nowadays most of the people don’t believe in hell (except maybe the Jews and the Muslims). If we look from the XIX century and backwards every believer believed in hell, but since the half of XX century onwards it changed a LOT, here is a link you may read:
http://theologicalstudies.org.uk/pdf/er/hell_gray.pdf

Even the Church don’t believe in hell anymore. Can you believe that? So do you really believe that all those assassins in the world such as Timothy McVeigh or Radovan Karadžić will go to heaven? Or those thieves that steel things that don’t belong to them? That’s wrong to think that God’s justice is weak. How can you possibly think that hell is a myth? It’s like saying that “evil” doesn’t exist, come on!
Ok, let’s leave hell for another time and continue to heaven.
Here is what the Bible tells us:

Revelation 7:13-17

Then one of the elders asked me, “These in white robes—who are they, and where did they come from?” I answered, “Sir, you know.” And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, “they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will shelter them with his presence. ‘Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat down on them,’nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; ‘he will lead them to springs of living water.’‘And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.’ ”

Revelation 21:4-8

‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” He who was seated on the throne said, “I am making everything new!” Then he said, “Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true.” He said to me: “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life. Those who are victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children. But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”

Revelation 21:10-27:

10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.

11 It shone with the glory of God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal.

12 It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.

13 There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south and three on the west.

14 The wall of the city had twelve foundations, and on them were the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

15 The angel who talked with me had a measuring rod of gold to measure the city, its gates and its walls. 16 The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. He measured the city with the rod and found it to be 12,000 stadia [or 1,400 miles!] in length, and as wide and high as it is long [1,400 miles wide and tall!].

17 The angel measured the wall using human measurement, and it was 144 cubits [that is 200 feet!] thick.

18 The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass.

19 The foundations of the city walls were decorated with every kind of precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third agate, the fourth emerald, 20 the fifth onyx, the sixth ruby, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth turquoise, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst [these last two stones are unknown or only exist in heaven today].

21 The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate made of a single pearl. The great street of the city was of gold, as pure as transparent glass.

22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.

23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

24 The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it.

25 On no day will its gates ever be shut, for there will be no night there.

26 The glory and honor of the nations will be brought into it.

27 Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful, but only those whose names are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Revelation 22:3-7

No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. The angel said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.” “Look, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.”

Revelation 22:5-9

There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. The angel said to me, “These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God who inspires the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place.” “Look, I am coming soon! Blessed is the one who keeps the words of the prophecy written in this scroll.” I, John, am the one who heard and saw these things. And when I had heard and seen them, I fell down to worship at the feet of the angel who had been showing them to me. But he said to me, “Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you and with your fellow prophets and with all who keep the words of this scroll. Worship God!”

Matthew 5:17-20

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 19:17-19

“Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” “Which ones?” he inquired. Jesus replied, “ ‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery, you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, honor your father and mother,’and ‘love your neighbor as yourself.’”

Ezekiel 28:24-26

“ ‘No longer will the people of Israel have malicious neighbors who are painful briers and sharp thorns. Then they will know that I am the Sovereign LORD. “ ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: When I gather the people of Israel from the nations where they have been scattered, I will be proved holy through them in the sight of the nations. Then they will live in their own land, which I gave to my servant Jacob. They will live there in safety and will build houses and plant vineyards; they will live in safety when I inflict punishment on all their neighbors who maligned them. Then they will know that I am the LORD their God.’ ”

Does that mean that Jerusalem is heaven? Because if it is, counting its 125.156 km2 or 48.323 sq mi  of surface and taking note that each person needs 1 sq meter to stand freely, that means that there will be about 126 000 people in heaven. For those people it will look more a prison than heaven.

Now what does the Quran say?

Al Hijr 15:45-48
“Truly! The Muttaqun (pious and righteous people) will be amidst Gardens and water-springs (Paradise). “(It will be said to them): ‘Enter therein (Paradise), in peace and security.’ “And We shall remove from their breasts any sense of injury (that they may have), (So they will be like) brothers facing each other on thrones. “No sense of fatigue shall touch them, nor shall they (ever) be asked to leave it.”

The pilgrimage 22: 23

Truly, Allah will admit those who believe and do righteous good deeds, to Gardens underneath which rivers flow (in Paradise), wherein they will be adorned with bracelets of gold and pearls and their garments therein will be of silk.

Ya-Sin 36: 55-58

Verily, the dwellers of the Paradise, that Day, will be busy in joyful things. They and their wives will be in pleasant shade, reclining on thrones. They will have therein fruits (of all kinds) and all that they ask for. (It will be said to them): Salamun (peace be on you), a Word from the Lord, Most Merciful.

The Groups 39: 73-74

And those who kept their duty to their Lord will be led to Paradise in groups, till, when they reach it, and its gates will be opened (before their arrival for their reception) and its keepers will say: Salamun ‘Alaikum (peace be upon you)! You have done well, so enter here to abide therein.” And they will say: “All the praises and thanks be to Allah Who has fulfilled His Promise to us and has made us inherit (this) land. We can dwell in Paradise where we will; how excellent a reward for the (pious good) workers!”

The Smoke 44: 51-55

Verily! The Muttaqun (pious), will be in place of Security (Paradise). Among Gardens and Springs; Dressed in fine silk and (also) in thick silk, facing each other, So (it will be), and We shall marry them to Houris (female fair ones) with wide, lovely eyes. They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security;

Muhammad 47: 15

The description of Paradise which the Muttaqun (pious) have been promised is that in it are rivers of water the taste and smell of which are not changed; rivers of milk of which the taste never changes; rivers of wine delicious to those who drink; and rivers of clarified honey (clear and pure) therein for them is every kind of fruit; and forgiveness from their Lord. (Are these) like those who shall dwell for ever in the Fire, and be given, to drink, boiling water, so that it cuts up their bowels?

The Moon 54: 54-55

Verily, The Muttaqun (pious), will be in the midst of Gardens and Rivers (Paradise). In a seat of truth (i.e. Paradise), near the Omnipotent King (Allah, the All-Blessed, the Most High, the Owner of Majesty and Honour).

The Event 56: 10-40
And those foremost [ in performing righteous deeds,] will be foremost (in Paradise). These will be those nearest to Allah. In the Gardens of delight (Paradise). A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam). And a few of those (foremost) will be from the later time (generations). (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, Reclining thereon, face to face. They will be served by immortal boys, With cups, and jugs, and a glass from the flowing wine, Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. And fruit; that they may choose. And the flesh of fowls that they desire. And (there will be) Houris (fair females) with wide, lovely eyes (as wives for the pious), Like unto preserved pearls. A reward for what they used to do. No Laghw (dirty, false, evil vain talk) will they hear therein, nor any sinful speech. But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace) ! And those on the Right Hand, – Who will be those on the Right Hand? (They will be) among thornless lote-trees, Among Talh (banana-trees) with fruits piled one above another,In shade long-extended, By water flowing constantly, And fruit in plenty, Whose season is not limited, and their supply will not be cut off, And on couches or thrones, raised high. Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. And made them virgins. Loving, equal in age. For those on the Right Hand. A multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the first generation (who embraced Islam). And a multitude of those (on the Right Hand) will be from the later times (generations).

The Man 76: 12-21

And their recompense shall be Paradise, and silken garments, because they were patient. Reclining therein on raised thrones, they will see there neither the excessive heat of the sun, nor the excessive bitter cold. And the shade thereof is close upon them, and the bunches of fruit thereof will hang low within their reach. And amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and cups of crystal, Crystal-clear, made of silver. They will determine the measure thereof according to their wishes. And they will be given to drink there a cup (of wine) mixed with Zanjabil (ginger, etc.), A spring there, called Salsabil. And round about them will (serve) boys of everlasting youth. If you see them, you would think them scattered pearls. And when you look there (in Paradise), you will see a delight (that cannot be imagined), and a great dominion. Their garments will be of fine green silk, and gold embroidery. They will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a pure drink.

The News 78: 32-38

Verily, for the Muttaqun, there will be a success (Paradise); Gardens and grapeyards; And young full-breasted (mature) maidens of equal age; And a full cup (of wine). No Laghw (dirty, false, evil talk) shall they hear therein, nor lying; A reward from your Lord, an ample calculated gift (according to the best of their good deeds). (From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and whatsoever is in between them, the Most Beneficent, none can dare to speak with Him (on the Day of Resurrection except after His Leave). The Day that Ar-Ruh [Jibrael (Gabriel) or another angel] and the angels will stand forth in rows, none shall speak except him whom the Most Beneficent (Allah) allows, and he will speak what is right.

The Cow 2: 25

And give glad tidings to those who believe and do righteous good deeds, that for them will be Gardens under which rivers flow (Paradise). Every time they will be provided with a fruit therefrom, they will say: “This is what we were provided with before,” and they will be given things in resemblance (i.e. in the same form but different in taste) and they shall have therein Azwajun Mutahharatun (purified mates or wives), and they will abide therein forever.

The Criterion 25: 15-16

Say: “Is that (torment) better or the Paradise of Eternity promised to the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons)?” It will be theirs as a reward and as a final destination. For them there will be therein all that they desire, and they will abide (there forever). It is a promise binding upon your Lord that must be fulfilled.

Sad 38: 49-54

This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons ) is a good final return (Paradise), -, Adn (Edn) Paradise (everlasting Gardens), whose doors will be open for them.Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; And beside them will be chaste females restraining their glances only for their husbands, (and) of equal ages. This it is what you (Al-Muttaqun – the pious) are promised for the Day of Reckoning! (It will be said to them)! Verily, this is Our Provision which will never finish;

Qaf 50: 31-35

And Paradise will be brought near to the Muttaqun (pious ) not far off. (It will be said): “This is what you were promised, – (it is) for those oft-returning (to Allah) in sincere repentance, and those who preserve their covenant with Allah (by obeying Him in all what He has ordered, and worship none but Allah Alone). “Who feared the Most Beneficent in the Ghaib (unseen): (i.e. in this worldly life before seeing and meeting Him), and brought a heart turned in repentance, “Enter you therein in peace and security; this is a Day of eternal life!” There they will have all that they desire, and We have more.

Jonah 10: 9-10

Verily, those who believe [in the Oneness of Allah, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, Day of Resurrection… ], and do deeds of righteousness, their Lord will guide them through their Faith; under them will flow rivers in the Gardens of delight (Paradise). Their way of request therein will be Subhanaka Allahumma (Glory to You, O Allah!) and Salam (peace) will be their greetings therein (Paradise)! and the close of their request will be: Al-Hamdu Lillahi Rabbil-‘Alamin [All the praises and thanks are to Allah, the Lord of ‘Alamin( all that exists)].

Heaven is a reward, so we have to work for it. It works the same way as the wage we take for the work that we do everyday. You get paid for the work you do. You won’t get paid for doing nothing.

Heaven is the place of bliss, for those who are worthy. And God knows best who deserves it.

What about … #44

Once upon a time there was dust spinning around a gravitational point. Over time, that turned into a compact mass, which became our sun, exploding its “unwanted” materials into space. Fortunately those scattered morsels stayed in the gravitational pull of the sun. After a while most of them gathered themselves forming planets or belts such as the Kuiper belt or the Oort cloud which is the furthest location of the solar system,(if you ever want to make a stop, grab a coffee or something before hitting the road, well it’s the last one for a while).

For a while, lost stones fell on the young planets which didn’t have any protection.  Among those eight newly formed ones, there were three who were fated to become really famous – Earth, Mars and Jupiter.

Jupiter for being the biggest and having the strongest gravity after the sun.

Mars for its similarity with Earth, its hue and its innumerable craters.

Earth for being the only living one, but you know it hasn’t always  been  as it is. Its first days have been of molten lava, asteroid impacts, heat.

http://www.livescience.com/15938-earth-precious-metals-space-origin.html

One of those memorable days has been mentioned in the  Quran:

The Iron 57.25  Indeed We have sent Our Messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance (justice) that mankind may keep up justice. And We brought forth iron wherein is mighty power (in matters of war), as well as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it is that will help Him (His religion), and His Messengers in the unseen. Verily, Allah is All-Strong, All-Mighty.

I haven’t found anything in the Bible mentioning its origin. But here is a link with most of the iron in the Bible:

http://www.streetdirectory.com/travel_guide/105266/religion/the_iron_in_bible_and_quran.html

Time is passed , the magnetic dynamo stabilized, the sky’s protection began its work, water raised from the soil, vegetation flourished everywhere.

4. 2 billion years has passed, big and small mammals live happily when a big asteroid erase them from the surface of Earth with a loud BOOM! Than Men has been sent down to struggle to survive, with worries, hunger, wars, work, sickness and to obey God’s orders so that he may be rewarded with happiness and with whatever his heart desires in the next life which is the real one. But in order to get that sorrow free life we must obey what God says in the Bible which are the 10 commandments:

You shall have no other gods before Me.

You shall not make idols.

You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.

Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.

Honor your father and your mother.

You shall not murder.

You shall not commit adultery.

You shall not steal.

You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

You shall not covet

And in the Quran:

Hebrew Scriptures: Exodus 20 Qur’an
3: Thou shalt have no other gods before me. 17:22: Do not associate another deity with God.
47:19: Know therefore that there is no god but God.
4-6: Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth…. 6:103: No visions can encompass Him, but He encompasses all visions.
14:35: My Lord, make this a peaceful land, and protect me and my children from worshiping idols.
42:11: There is nothing that equals (like) Him.
7: Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain. 2:224: Do not use God’s name in your oaths as an excuse to prevent you from dealing justly.
73:8: Remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him exclusively.
76:25 Glorify the name of your Lord morning and evening.
8-11: Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant [male slave], nor thy maidservant [female slave], nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates….

See below.

12: Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. 17:23-24: You shall be kind to your parents. If one or both of them live to their old age in your lifetime, you shall not say to them any word of contempt nor repel them, and you shall address them in kind words. You shall lower to them the wing of humility and pray: “O Lord! Bestow on them Your blessings just as they cherished me when I was a little child.”
13: Thou shalt not kill. 17:33: And do not take any human being’s life – that God willed to be sacred – other than in [the pursuit of] justice.”
14: Thou shalt not commit adultery. 17:32: You shall not commit adultery. Surely it is a shameful deed and an evil way.
15: Thou shalt not steal. 5:38 & 39: The thief, male or female, you shall mark their hands as a punishment for their crime, and to serve as an example from GOD. GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.
16: Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. 25:72: And (know that the true servants of God are) those who do not bear witness to falsehood.
Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manservant [male slave], nor his maidservant [female slave], nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s. 4:32: Do not covet the bounties that God has bestowed more abundantly on some of you than on others.

Do you know that when you go to the Sunday Mass or Service, you hear a specific chosen sermon, that means that there are parts for the Bible that you never heard of  because your minister or your parish priest, reads either the easiest part for him, or a part that he thinks that you want to hear?

Here is a link the that you might want to look at :

http://www.trueactivist.com/watch-people-criticize-bible-verses-thinking-theyre-from-the-quran-to-find-out-the-truth/

Maybe you went to Sunday school, but that doesn’t mean that you know the Bible.

Does that mean that you don’t have to enjoy life? No! Live today as you’ll live forever, but also strive in obedience as it is your last day.

My dear fellow, beware of the devil’s temptation, HE IS YOUR ENEMY, as God tell us in:

Surah Al Ar’af  7

19. “And O Adam! Dwell you and your wife in Paradise, and eat thereof as you both wish, but approach not this tree otherwise you both will be of the Zalimun (unjust and wrong-doers).”

20. Then Shaitan (Satan) whispered suggestions to them both in order to uncover that which was hidden from them of their private parts (before); he said: “Your Lord did not forbid you this tree save you should become angels or become of the immortals.”

21. And he [Shaitan (Satan)] swore by Allah to them both (saying): “Verily, I am one of the sincere well-wishers for you both.”

22. So he misled them with deception. Then when they tasted of the tree, that which was hidden from them of their shame (private parts) became manifest to them and they began to stick together the leaves of Paradise over themselves (in order to cover their shame). And their Lord called out to them (saying): “Did I not forbid you that tree and tell you: Verily, Shaitan (Satan) is an open enemy unto you?”

23. They said: “Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers.”

24. (Allah) said: “Get down, one of you an enemy to the other [i.e. Adam, Hawwa (Eve), and Shaitan (Satan), etc.]. On earth will be a dwelling-place for you and an enjoyment, – for a time.”

25. He said: “Therein you shall live, and therein you shall die, and from it you shall be brought out (i.e.resurrected).

Dreaming is what we do every time we sleep even if we don’t remember our dreams. there are three stages in sleeping, in the first stage: Our eyes are closed, but it’s easy to wake up. This phase may last for 5 to 10 minutes. The second one: We are in light sleep. Our heart rate slows and our body temperature drops. Our body is getting ready for deep sleep. And the third one: This is the deep sleep stage. It’s harder to rouse ourselves during this stage, and if someone wake us up, we would feel disoriented for a few minutes. This first three stages are called NREM sleep (non-rapid eye movement), during the deep stages of NREM sleep, the body repairs and regrows tissues, builds bone and muscle, and strengthens the immune system, followed by the REM sleep which happens 90 minutes after we fall asleep. The first period of REM lasts about 10 minutes. Each of our later REM stages gets longer, and the final one may last up to an hour. Our heart rate and breathing quickens and it’s the phase where we have intense dreams since our brain is more active. We may experience nightmares among those dreams. But the fascinating thing about nightmares is the reaction of our brain. Research has shown that a lot of dreaming occurs in the visual cortex,  which is linked to the amygdala (an emotional response center). During a nightmare, the amygdala sense the fear in the person and cut REM process, so both of them, the visual cortex and the amygdala, get fired up and trigger autonomic arousal of the body, (the  heart starts beating faster, breathing becomes labored, and we can start sweating profusely) we wake up in a panic. That means that thanks to the amygdala we may come out of a horrible nightmare which we wouldn’t be able without it! How fantastic!

Some people feel the need to find a purpose in their life. So they ask themselves how do I find my purpose? why don’t I know my purpose in life?

Many people feel little sense of it or even doubt that there is one in life. Those who feel purposeful are living the highest qualities that humanity has to offer.

In a sense thoughts about your purpose are really your purpose trying to reconnect to you.

We are made of much more than our bones, skin, hairs. There’s something else in you with which you read this lines, you see the place you’re in, which is the connection between your eyes and brain. If your eyes capture the images, your brain translate them into what your inner self could see. You couldn’t understand any book or newspaper if your eyes and brain work alone. That part of you which understands, which inspires you to do things in the right moment or the right thing amazingly, is your spirit or soul.

That inner beingness knows why you are here but your ego prods you to chase after money, prestige, popularity and miss the purpose of living. Focusing on the need of the ego leaves you feeling unfulfilled. Deep within you at the level of your being is what you were intended to become to accomplish and to be.

1 Affirm that no one shows up in this life by accident.

2 Size every opportunity no matter how small to give your life in service.

3 Ignore what anyone else tells you about your purpose.

4 Remember that the all creating field of Intention (God or Spirit) will work on your behalf.

But to achieve this, you have to let go of your Ego which means:

1 Stop being offended. Actually it’s your ego that is offended by something, not your inner self, you may choose to let go. Be sure that you’ll feel much better.

2 Let go of your need to win. Making someone else happy will bring you happiness, your ego needed to win otherwise it will feel itself a loser.

3 Let go of your need to be right. You don’t need to be right all the time.

4 Don’t feel superior. We all have our own inner being, we all come from the same source, created by the same God, the only difference between us is what our ego is temporarily attached to I.e money, property, prestige,…

5 Let go of the need to have more.

6 Stop identifying yourself on the basis of your achievements.

7 Let go of your reputation. You may think or say : what you think of me is your own business.

I urge you to read a book called The Power of Intention by Dr Wayne Dyer, you’ll understand so much about yourself and how life works. Then you’ll be able to achieve all your dreams

Confession, in most religions, is the acknowledgment of one’s sins or wrongs.

In Catholic teaching it is not mandatory, the Catholic rite is usually conducted within a confessional box. A man or a woman confess  to a priest which is believed to have the authority to forgive one’s sins accompanied by the sign of the cross.

In the Anglican tradition, confession and absolution is usually a component part of corporate worship, particularly at services of the Holy Eucharist. The form involves an exhortation to repentance by the priest, a period of silent prayer during which believers may inwardly confess their sins, a form of general confession said together by all present and the pronouncement of general absolution by the priest, often accompanied by the sign of the cross.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) teaches that “confession is a necessary requirement for complete forgiveness.” The sinner must confess both to God and to those persons wronged by the sin.

In Islam confession of sins is made directly to God and not through man (except in asking for forgiveness from the victim of the sin). It is taught that sins are to be kept to oneself to seek individual forgiveness from God. God forgives those who seek his forgiveness and commit to themselves not to repeat the sin, although some sins in which another person is victimized are not forgiven unless that person forgives you, so they should also be asked for forgiveness.

In Judaism, confession is an important part of attaining forgiveness for both sins against God and another man. Confessions to God are done communally in the plural. Jews confess that “We have sinned.” In matters involving offenses against a fellow man, private confession to the victim is a requirement to obtaining forgiveness from the victim, which is generally a requirement to obtaining forgiveness from God. If the victim refuses to forgive, the offender confesses publicly, before larger and larger audience

So these are just a few methode of forgiveness among diferent religions. My problem is with the Catholics and the Anglicans who believe that a man just like them, is capable of forgiving someone’s sins that easily. How is it possible that a man which has lets say backbitten against someone else a few minutes ago, goes to church (in the catholic church, confessions are usually Saturday evening) ask forgiveness for his sin to a man (priest) who doesn’t really care and who makes sins as everybody else, and expects to be forgiven just because the christ has died for him!? Come on! So why don’t we make sins all day long? After all we can be forgiven every Saturday! No, when we feel our conscience ill at ease for something we have done, we must seek forgiveness to God the only forgiver. No human can judge and forgive in the name of God.

Ask forgiveness and repent, is the only way to feel relieved of our wrongs. The Christ isn’t dumb to die for sake of those who like to sin

In mathematics, two quantities are in the golden ratio if their ratio is the same as the ratio of their sum to the larger of the two quantities. The figure on the right illustrates the geometric relationship. Expressed algebraically, for quantities a and b with a > b > 0,

I found this article which I recommend to read:

who reminded me of a video that I’ve seen a few years ago:

I’m amazed at how things are created so well measured, we can find this proportion almost anywhere, especially things which aren’t man-made.

If you look closely at the trees, flowers, animals, faces (human or animal), etc… you’ll probably be amazed as well.
How is it possible that some people believe that everything is created by chance, by evolution? Can chance or evolution measure perfectly exactly 1.6180339887? How pathetic! Evolution may as well build a Boeing 747 out of a scrap depot.

The moon 54.49 Everything We created is precisely measured.

The Divorce 65.3 3. And will provide for him from where he never expected. Whoever relies on God—He will suffice him. God will accomplish His purpose. God has set a measure to all things.

Looking at the sky in a moonless night, seeing the Milky Way’s belt and these tiny shining stars; I believe it’s the most beautiful scenery we can wish for. It’s really breathtaking. I wish I could be among the first who will go to Mars, to look at the sky from a different planet, to touch a soil which has never been touched, to feel the sun from a further point in the universe. But of course it’s just a wish.

The universe is getting bigger and bigger each second, each minute, everything is moving either slower or faster, it seems that everything is going somewhere for a specific reason. practically we’re mere travelers of a spaceship. But it “happens” that our spaceship is fitted to sustain life.

Let’s see it this way: Where do we come from? Multiple answers might be answered, but the most reasonable one is from Adam and Eve as it is said in God’s books, which we all know that they lived in heaven before being sent down here.

Ta-Ha 20:

117. We said, “O Adam, this is an enemy to you and to your wife. So do not let him make you leave the Garden, for then you will suffer.

118. In it you will never go hungry, nor be naked.

119. Nor will you be thirsty in it, nor will you swelter.”

120. But Satan whispered to him. He said, “O Adam, shall I show you the Tree of Immortality, and a kingdom that never decays?”

121. And so they ate from it; whereupon their bodies became visible to them, and they started covering themselves with the leaves of the Garden. Thus Adam disobeyed his Lord, and fell.

122. But then his Lord recalled him, and pardoned him, and guided him.

123. He said, “Go down from it, altogether; some of you enemies of some others. But whenever guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance, will not go astray, nor suffer.

124. But whoever turns away from My Reminder, for him is a confined life. And We will raise him on the Day of Resurrection blind.”

So thinking from the beginning, we are heavenly people who were sent to a suitable environment to live before going back to our original place (I’m speaking literally not  religiously such as who will go to heaven or hell). So If we are renting earth for a period of time, that means that we are Aliens living in a place which isn’t ours, but we’re making of it our property. That reminds me of an article I read lately in:

Bubbles of the Multiverse

the chain reaction of events that allowed life to come about on this planet is remarkable, as are the things we have achieved. However I do believe we occupy an unimaginably small place in the universe, a universe which contains billions of other Earth-like planets – perhaps we often forget this and as such overestimate our uniqueness.

All there is left to say is the Multiverse Theory, based on eternal inflation, leaves us feeling all that much tinier than before. We may no longer be just one tiny planet in a galaxy with thousands of planets, in a universe with billions of other galaxies – we could now be merely a bubble of a universe in a sea of many other bubbles. I hope this leaves you with the feeling that mankind is not special as it believes itself to be – we just happened to exist in a smidgen that allowed our particular form of consciousness to exist and with the lack of competition reaching our tiny corner we proclaim ourselves remarkable.

I really enjoyed reading these two quotes, some of us proclaim to be superior to others just because they have, they achieved, they acquired  something that others don’t have, so they lack of competition as well! How foolish to we would be if we were visited by super intelligent Aliens (they don’t have to be bad to be Alliens). There is a book called The visitors by Clifford Simak which gives a good example of what Aliens might be. Personally I think that Earth would have been better ruled if we had Aliens instead of politicians to rule us.

So are we Human beings living on Earth or Aliens?
