Around a cup of Tea

This is the first Sunday for Around a cup of Tea, I’ll try it for a few weeks see how it goes, if it doesn’t work as it should, I’ll cancel it.

There will be different topics, what will make this Gathering great are your answers, I’ll post mine last.

Let’s start:
When was the last time that something out of the ordinary happen to you and what was it?

I’m a unique blogger!!

I’m so happy to be nominated for this award! The third on my mantelpiece. I thank my dear friend Superwifeandmummy so much for enjoying my dummy blog. I don’t feel that Novus Lectio deserves it but I’m…WAAOUUU HURRAYYYY!!! Thank you Sis. You should check out her blog, she is amazing and great poet.

So here are the rules closely followed by Superwifeandmummy’s questions.

1. Share the link with, the blogger who has shown love to you by nominating you.

2. Answer the questions.

3. In the spirit of sharing love with our blogging family, nominate 15 people and notify them. (Unfortunately I haven’t got 15 followers with which I wish to share this award)

4. Ask them three questions.

1. What would you describe as a perfect moment?

I’m at peace with myself, no chores to do. I’m able to do whatever pleases me, such as to read a great book with a mug of coffee or tea by my side.

2. What general term do you feel is overrated?

It must be a word: Jalebi. (Actually it’s an orange Indian sweet) What kind of word is that?? That’s not a word, it’s monster called JA wearing something called lebi. It can’t be the name of a sweet. It’s not sweet at all it’s sour.

3. Describe the person you aim to be in five sentences or fewer.

A beautiful, generous, careful and cautious person if I had the chance to be one. But unfortunately I’m none of those, most of all the first and the last.

The questions:

1. What would you describe as a perfect moment?

2. What would you call yourself if you could change your name?

3. If you could travel through time, in which year would you travel & why?

A Versatile award for me

A dear friend of mine has nominated me for this award, Hurray!! I would like to thank very much Superwifeandmummy for that.

I started this blog two years ago, and in this past week I received 2 nominations!!!! A big hug to you Maria.

Don’t forget to check her blog, she’s a wonderful writer and poet. I’ve just learned from her that: The Versatile Blogger Award was created to feature and recognize blogs that have unique content, high quality of writing, and fantastic photos.

As the Versatile Blogger Award states : Honour those bloggers who bring something special to your life whether every day or only now and then. I absolutely love this award but I don’t have 15 bloggers on whom I would like to bestow this for the fact that I have theoretically 29 followers, but in reality I’ve got only 7. The other ones are fake followers, I suppose that you know what I mean.

So I’m sorry I’ll go against the rules and nominate just 7.

Rules for the nominations:

Thank the person who nominated you.

Nominate up to 15 bloggers for this award and inform them.

Share seven facts about yourself.

Put the logo of Versatile Blogger in your post and display the rules as well.

So 7 facts about me:

I love to read, and my first book was The Little Prince, which I didn’t really enjoy.

I can write in English and in French, but I can also read in Italian, Portuguese and a little in Spanish.

Many people say that lefties are genius, but unfortunately that’s not my case. I make so many mistakes that the surrounding people are often angry at me.

I like to be on my own company, even though I feel very lonely at times.

I’m passionate of nature.

I wish to consider myself a writer but I’ve got so little time and I haven’t got many encouraging people around.

I’m not a good speaker, you’ll be bored listening to me.

The nominees:

Himanshi Shula
