Poetry #122

Time comes
When we feel
The need to be
Alone and free
From the need
Of any of these
thoughts and fears
About you and me
When the day
Is gone for good
And the night
Slowly rises
From the dead
And comes to life

Author: Novus Lectio

You'll never know what you'll read next. Random lecture is what is all about but one thing is for sure, it's by the same author who wrote The Theory of Fate and Who Went Out of Africa

  1. Woah! This is so beautiful, Novus!
    And the night
    Slowly rises
    From the dead
    And comes to life
    Man, I loved that!
Iโ€™m new to blogging and would appreciate if you could take a look at my blog. Earlier, I used to write poems in my diary but on being insisted by my sister, I started posting those poems on my blog and then gave my first shot at writing stories, so any feedback or suggestion is highly appreciated.
    Happy reading! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Wow! Your writing is impressive lately – like, the last two or three months lately. ๐Ÿ™‚
I think you were this good all along, and you’ve been holding back. โค
