Chirp chirp, little birds, chirp chirp
Chirp chirp, with your lovely voices
Chirp chirp, wake us up from our sweet dreams
Chirp chirp, as high as your voice can make it
Chirp chirp, that melodious tone that you do in summer
Chirp chirp, showing your frail wings and jumping from tree to tree
Chirp chirp, and do your nests near our windows
Chirp chirp, let us look at your beauties
Chirp chirp, you round little fellas
Chirp chirp, you’re so cute when you have lots of things to say
Chirp chirp, I wonder…. what are you saying?
